The Hyde Park area / 3rd ward, a low-income and high-crime area had a substantial amount of Dilapidated and derelict homes. The city requested both community/government liaisons and project management services. Through management services, TPA restored and renovated historic homes in the area and rebuilt 250 units which in turn provided a renewed community.
