Tim Person Jr., Tim Person & Associates principal, has over 35 years of combined senior management, government, community outreach and political experience. Tim is well known for his ability to take on difficult challenges and work with diverse interests and individuals to develop common goals
Tim has been instrumental in a number of the St. Louis regions largest projects, including; the Eastward and Westward expansion of Lambert St. Louis International Airport and the subsequent commercial development of the buyout area, the Hope VI housing project for Downtown St. Louis, St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District Master Plan upgrade, the development of St. Louis’ riverfront and gaming leases, as well as several major housing and retail development projects. In addition, Tim participated in the development of Detroit’s Water and Sewer Master Plan.

Tim has crafted a wide range of public engagement and government strategies and advises a diverse client base. Although his primary focus area is St. Louis, Tim works with a many local, statewide and regional officials and has clients throughout the state of Missouri and in other national markets.

Tim is also involved with a number of not for profits and community based organizations including: Doorways Housing (housing and services for people living with AIDS); NAACP; Jewish Family and Children Services (social services and food bank for the poor); Family Resource Center (child abuse prevention); MOKAN, former board member, (minority contractors advocacy organization); and St. Elizabeth Academy (capital campaign committee).
